When writing about disputes, describe documented events (“On DATE, X happened, supported by Y document”),
avoid stating motives as facts, and link to primary records. Keep it factual, time-stamped, and sourced.
eBooks (Open Listings)
Sales copy rule: Sell outcomes + proof. Avoid promises you can’t verify. Add excerpts, citations, and timelines.
Investigations & Research
Accuracy rule: Use neutral labels (“alleged”, “claimed”, “reported”) unless a fact is established by records.
